I teach classes that are of technical nature. Unfortunately, the subject can be dreadfully boring at times. I have taken many classes but the best one I have ever taken was "Pro Facilitation". The class is so good I took it twice. It helped me tremendously and gives me energy. I now put an energetic spin on my classes. I felt like I was getting burnt out but now I look for opportunities now to put the skills and tools of Pro Facilitation into class. Instead of lot of yawning I get laughter and compliments. This public speaking class gave me new outlook on my career and the effect I have on my students. I enjoy your articles Lia. Keep up the good work and good luck on the book.
Update--I found her!!! The "Woman with the Red Glasses". I remembered her name as Randi and I was close—it was Raleigh! She has a photo on her website with those red glasses perched on to of her head: https://www.raleighmayer.com/about-raleigh
Another great read for a summer Sunday afternoon!
Thrilled you enjoyed it, Gina! A seashell necklace is coming your way :) xoxo
In a world full of ordinary, you are extraordinary. Put that seashell crown on because you are a spectacular woman. 💕💕💕
Aw, thank you Karen! I'll be sending you a fabulous seashell necklace to wear :) xo
